How do we come from a place of kindness? Everybody say kindness. ‘Kindness.’ Coming from a place of kindness, oh my goodness, I could spend an hour talking about kindness. But I think kindness is underrated in business, and I believe if we are going to continue to grow as entrepreneurs, how do we begin to realize that kindness is the bottom line? That’s right. Simon says kindness is the bottom line.

What’s the point? When I begin to understand the power of connection, I’m moving from me to we, and when I move from me to we, I’m looking at how do I connect to your head, your heart, and your hands. When you begin to understand as a small business owner, despite all of the noise that’s in the economy, about what’s happening, what’s going on? Dog gunnet, when you begin to offer platinum service, you begin to understand that you are an emotion, a connection, a perception, a moment, and a memory. When you understand, O’ Brilliant One, that you are the spark, you turn and face the lion for who you become in the process because you would never be put in this position unless you already had the capacity, the capability, and the competency to do what you do.
